SoBo20 is Mumbai’s first Franco-American restaurant, located at the InterContinental Marine Drive. It blends French technique with the bold flavours of Creole and Cajun cooking from the American South. Created by Atelier House Hospitality with Graviss Hospitality, the restaurant takes its name from the city’s iconic pin code, 400020.

Chef Sudeep Kashikar leads SoBo20, Mumbai’s first Franco-American restaurant. He combines French technique with the bold flavours of Creole and Cajun cooking. Having led Olive Mumbai and Camillo’s, he adapts global traditions using local ingredients like ambad prawns and regional dairy.
