The kitchen is built around fire, using open flame to shape ingredient-led, seasonal dishes with depth, char, and restraint. The menu draws from memory, technique, and slow processes, staying grounded in simplicity. The space is intimate and personal, defined by handcrafted ceramics, custom woodwork, and thoughtful details that reflect the city’s character and pace.
